The owner/PIC has had his CFPM and renewed it at least twice. He stated that he plans to send his manager to take the course soon. Please send documentation to courtneys@tchd.net when this has been completed. - 2-102.12: (A) The PERSON IN CHARGE shall be a certified FOOD protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ACCREDITED PROGRAM. Observed 2 chlorine sanitizer buckets that had a concentration of 0 ppm. These buckets were re-made to 100 ppm, COS. - 4-501.114 (A): (A) A chemical SANITIZER used in a SANITIZING solution for a manual or mechanical operation at contact times specified under ¶4-703.11(C) shall meet the criteria specified under §7-204.11 Sanitizers, Criteria, shall be used in accordance with the EPA- registered label use instructions, and shall be used as follows: (A) A chlorine solution shall have a minimum temperature based on the concentration and pH of the solution as listed in the following chart in the Food Code. - V,COS |

Inspection Comments | There is one cooler that the PIC is aware is not holding temp. He showed documentation that work had been done on it 10/10/24 (yesterday) and plans to call the company back. Do not use this cooler until it is holding at 41*F or below. |
